Delivery
Crystals N Couture is a multi-fulfilment and shipment store, specialising in custom and handmade fashion. By combining sensuality, spirituality with shopping, Crystals N Couture aims to create the ultimate ethereal experience. We are currently offering FREE UK delivery on all UK orders (please note exclusions apply to Signature Candles).
Processing times and shipping prices vary dependant on each item, with some items (ie Candles) being UK DELIVERY ONLY. The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch will also vary. For details, please see the specifications for individual items below.
Please note Crystals N Couture always provides tracked delivery on all orders and can not take responsibility or liability for delays, lost, stolen or undelivered items due to courier handling. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and any inconvenience under this circumstance must be taken up, by the Buyer with the relevant courier.
Please be aware that Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am also not responsible for delays due to customs.
You may be charged multiple shipping rates if items are being fulfilled from multiple warehouses. For example, if your order consists of a candle fulfilled in the UK and a T shirt fulfilled in a different warehouse, the Buyer will automatically be charged £4.50 delivery of the candle via Hermes UK.
Your order(s) may also arrive in multiple packages, as a result of items being fulfilled in different warehouses. Please don't worry and contact contact@crysalsncouture.com for any queries or concerns about your specific item(s).

Candles
Candles are handmade on a pre-order basis, fulfilled and shipped in the UK by myself.
Please note, candles are UK DELIVERY ONLY! Crystals N Couture currently do not offer international delivery on candles.
All candle orders are fulfilled within one week of placing your order. I will keep you updated as soon as your order is ready to dispatch.
Upon completion of making your candle(s), all UK orders will be charged £4.50 for handling & Hermes 2-3 day delivery. Delivery includes tracking details and updates to your email address. You will also have a choice at checkout to upgrade to Next Day Delivery for an extra cost.
Please note candles (particularly those consisting foil flakes) are classified as a perishable product and it is advised to use your candle within 2 weeks of purchase, for maximum effect. I cannot take responsibility if a candle starts to spoil after this time.
Merch & Exclusive Designs
Our Merch and Commissioned Prints store is currently operating fulfilment on a third party basis. Crystals N Couture is affiliated with 2 different warehouses, in order to provide you with the best quality, in addition an array of styles and designs! Your products will be printed with love, and securely packed and shipped to the UK with care, within approximately 3 - 5 business days. By knowing the estimated processing time, you can determine how long it will take to receive your items. Shipping on Merch and Commissioned Print products are calculated and applied at checkout based on location. We currently offer FREE UK delivery on all items.
Please note, a combined shipping rate is automatically applied on orders purchasing multiple items. We DO offer international shipping. Prices vary based on Country, and will be automatically applied at checkout.
These items are shipped via a BASIC TRACKING service, which allows you to track your shipment on for updates.

Handmade Couture and Leather Lingerie
As you are aware, all our gorgeous pieces are hand-made, and hand embellished with love, crystals, chain, rivets, sequins and all things stunning. No piece is identical, making each as unique and authentic as you!
Please note - Handmade items are as delicate as your own heart. Use TLC. Handwash or wipe clean only.
As these are pre-ordered items, we kindly request to please allow 1 working day to process your order on these handmade variants.
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, production will take up to 14-21 working days on embellished items and body pieces, and 7-10 working days on non-embellished/ resin and smaller items. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays (our hard-working craftswoman needs days off just like you!)
Once production of your order is complete and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.

CnC Custom Couture
Fancy creating your own fantasy within reality? Indulge in your own individuality! At CnC we’re more than happy to design a custom piece for you. Please contact us at contact@crystalsncouture.com at least one month in advance before the item is needed to be provided with a quote - quotes differ upon the request and is based on time and materials required. Please note custom orders can take a little longer at 25-35 working days.
Please note Handmade Couture, Leather Lingerie and CnC Custom Couture can be posted internationally at the buyer's expense. Once production of your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details for your chosen shipment provider.
