 Returns/ Refunds

Unfortunately, Crystals N Couture does not accept any returns, exchanges or order cancellations. Our small, yet hard working production team start working on your order as soon as they receive confirmation; So please confirm your items and sizes are correct before you order. If you are having sizing queries, please look at the sizing guide(s) provided here... 

 

Given the custom exclusivity and individuality of each piece, we do not offer returns or refunds. Crystals N Couture are committed to ensuring quality in all our products with 3 stages of quality control checks. Each item is hand made and embellished with love, taking great pride to ensure that no orders are fulfilled with any faults what so ever.

 

Please do feel free to contact us before your order at contact@crysalsncouture.com for any queries or concerns about your specific item(s). We aim to ensure absolute satisfaction.

 The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Please be advised that items sent back to us without first requesting a 'returns for damage' will not be accepted. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items fulfilled via third party fulfilment stores, such as 'merch'
  • Perishable products (like candles or flowers)
  • Digital downloads, including gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Intimate items, such as handmade lingerie (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

 

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP. 
We request all orders be checked thoroughly within 24hrs of receiving your goods. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.

In the rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, Crystals N Couture will either offer to reimburse the affected item(s), within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem and address the problem. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A replacement item can also fulfilled upon request.
